These Terms of Use (hereinafter, “these Terms”) stipulate matters pertaining to the use of the Players Card Creation Tool (hereinafter, “the Tool”) exclusively for “Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising” (hereinafter, “the Content”), which is provided and operated by Cygames, Inc. (hereinafter, “we”, “our,” or “us”).

• Please read these Terms carefully and agree to all of them before using the Tool and downloading the Players Card created using the Tool (hereinafter, “Players Card”) and using it such as by posting it on external websites, blogs, social networking services, etc.
• If you are a minor, please have your legal representative (such as a parent or guardian) read the Terms and obtain their consent before using the Tool.
• Please refrain from using and downloading the Tool if you do not agree to the Terms or if you are a minor without the consent of a legal representative.

The following acts are prohibited:　

• Using the Tool for commercial purposes or profit-making;
• Using the Tool for the purpose of defaming our company or a third party;
• Using the Tool to advertise products, services, etc. other than the Content;
• Deleting or modifying trademarks and copyright notices in the Tool;
• Using the Tool in a manner that violates laws or is contrary to public order and morals;
• Using the Tool on a website, etc. that violates laws or is contrary to public order and morals;
• Listing your personal information, or the personal information of a third party, on your Players Card; and
• Using the Tool in any other manner that we deem inappropriate.

• We distribute the Tool as is, and make no guarantee as to the utility of the Tool.
• The user shall use the Tool at their own risk. We assume no responsibility in the event that the user has become involved in a dispute with a third party, or has incurred damages, in connection with the use of the Tool, except when there is willful misconduct or negligence on the part of our company.
• We may change the contents of the Tool or suspend or discontinue provision of the Tool without prior notice to the user.

Copyright in the Tool belongs to our company or to the third party from whom we have been granted a license; use of the Tool shall not be construed as transferring copyright, etc. to the user.

The use of the Tool shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance to hear disputes arising between our company and the user of the Tool.
